Frances Garbee Stewart Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Garbee Stewart of Madison Heights, Virginia, who passed away on February 4, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Egbert A. Garbee, Sr. and Lucy J. Garbee; her brother E. A. Garbee, Jr.; and her granddaughter Faith Siever. She is survived by: her children, Wanda S. Tate (Scott), Dorothy A. Cox, Mary D. Smith, Tony M. Siever, Jr. (Marissa), Richard W. Siever (April) and Sherry L. Lowery; her sisters, Estelle G. Hall, Evelyn G. Mann (Jimmy) and Shirley G. Massie; and her grandchildren, Hunter Williamson, Paul Smith, Jacob Siever, Logan Siever, Levi Tate, Sarah Siever, Kacie Siever and Hannah Siever.

In lieu of flowers the family asks contributions be made to the Salvation Army, 2215 Park Ave, Lynchburg, VA 24501.
