She is survived by: her grandchildren, Lani M. Patrick (Kenny), Tony Martin (Jeannette), Crystal Monark, William Shifflett (Helen) and Tammy Martin Toren (Dave); her great grandchildren, Keaton, Kali, Holland, Tristan, Jayden, Madison, Sydney, Chandler, Skylar and Carter; her sister Hazel Puckett; and her son-in-law Billy Martin.
