He is survived by: his mother Edna Lawhorne Cash of Madison Heights; his children, Kirk Andrew Cash of Madison Heights and Danielle Sky of Madison Heights; his close friend Evelyn Eller (Boo); his siblings, Lisa Cash, Cindy Cash, Wendy Scott, Dorothy Scott, Earnest of Madison Heights and Junior of Madison Heights; and his friend Church.
