"Chip" Smoot, Jr. of Lynchburg; his siblings, Carlton "Peanut" Stratton and Mary Beth Cash (Randy) of Lynchburg; his daughter Brittanie Smoot; his nieces and nephews, Catherine Stratton (Alex), Dixie Stratton, Junior Stratton, Chance Cowart and Will Cash; his great-nephew Isaac; and his aunt Barbara Lambert. He is also survived by uncle, cousins and friends.
