It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Gowen Mitchell of Madison Heights, Virginia, who passed away on August 29, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Gowen and Myrtle Honig Gowen. She is survived by: her husband Basil Warren Mitchell; her daughters, Michelle A. Marino of Madison Heights, Melissa D. Mitchell of Madison Heights and Shanon L. Mitchell of Madison Heights; her grandchildren, Christopher D. Tyree (Jade) of Forest and Samantha C. Owen (Jason) of Madison Heights; and her great grandchildren, Aria Tyree, Phelan Tyree and Layla Owen.
