She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert Franklin Sweet; her parents, Tony Lee Moore and Nannie Ola Childress Moore; her siblings, Cornelia Harris, Janie Moore, Evelyn Yeatts, Mary Mays, Gertrude Carter, Nancy Edwards and William Moore; her grandson Christopher D. Campbell; and her stepchildren, Marie Allmond, Herbert Sweet Jr. and Ruth Croswell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy S. Campbell of Madison Heights, VA and Sue S. Pearce (Bruce) of Vernon Hill, VA; her grandchildren, Jennifer C. Markham (Donnie) of Amherst, VA, Bruce E. Pearce, Jr. (Holly) of Richmond, VA, William F. Pearce (Janina) of Richmond, VA and Jarrett M. Pearce of Richmond, VA; her great grandchildren, C. Chase Markham, Tray B. Markham, Matthew W. Pearce and Austin T. Pearce; her sister Eunice Oakes of Danville, VA; and her son-in-law Richard Allmond. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and special caregiver friends.
