He is survived by: his wife Faye Tyree; his son Brandon Tyree; his daughter-in-law Erin; his grandchildren, Kylee, Brantlee, Cole and Greyson; his siblings, David Tyree (Shannon), Alice Showalter and Cinda Herman (John); and his sister-in-law Debbie Tyree. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Whitten Monelison Chapel (3966 S Amherst Hwy, Madison Heights, VA 24572).
