He is survived by: his daughter Dana Lewis (James); his granddaughter Shana Lewis; his great grandchild Rayna James; his siblings, Elloree Amos, Carolina Seamster, Linda Burns (Randy), Rosa Fitzgerald, Martha Tweedy (Charlie), Tony McIntosh and Ronnie McIntosh; and his sister-in-law Evelyn McIntosh.
