He is survived by: his parent Ruth Vest Tyree; his children, Marshall "Butch" Tyree (Nancy), Marvin "Smokey" Tyree (Regina) and Robin Tyree; his grandchildren, Stefanie Yancey (Barry), Lindsay Johnson (Kelvin), Amanda Davis (Chris) and Brigitte Wilson; his great grandchildren, Brianna, River, Mason, Chase, Maddox, Eden and Nora; and his close friends, Steve "Red" Fitzgerald and Kenneth Grant. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
