He was predeceased by: his close friend Thomas Twisdale. He is survived by: his parents, Tisha Phillips of Staunton and Perry Coffey, Jr. (Junior) of Lyndhurst; his half-sister Bobbi Jo Coffey of Staunton; and his aunt Barbara Frazier of Afton. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins and he also had many close friends.
