Nora (Rexrode) Alford Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nora (Rexrode) Alford (Lyndhurst, Virginia), who passed away on March 1, 2019, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Rexrode and Ressie Rexrode; and her husband Ward H. Alford. She is survived by: her children, Butch Alford (Jane) of Love, VA and Nancy Newell (Bo) of Charlottesville, VA; and her grandchildren, Andy Hernandez, Benjamin Hernandez, Rene Alford and Christopher Alford.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to Almost Home Pet Adoption Center, 29 Stage Bridge Road, Lovingston, VA 22949.
