He is survived by: his wife Joyce Newlen Griffin; his siblings, Frank Griffin (Barbara) of Morgantown, WV and Anna Lowery (Joe) of Lyndhurst, VA; his niece Mandy Driscole; and his nephews, Chris Griffin and Nate McManus.
