We are sad to announce that on December 22, 2021, at the age of 84, Gordon L. Sours of Lyndhurst, Virginia, born in Luray, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carson Leroy and Sarah Elizabeth Sours; and his grandchildren, Nathaniel David Sours and Keri Ann Carter. He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggy" Sours (Johnson); his sons, Rusty Sours (Tammy) of Lyndhurst, Mike Sours (Kim) of Stuarts Draft, David Sours (Teresa) of Lyndhurst and Steven Sours (Christine) of Waynesboro; his grandchildren, Sara Via (Darren), Jessica Meadows (Tyler), Ben Sours, Ashley Hogsett (Michael), Beth Anne Wheeler (Josh), Abby Sours, Rylee Sours and Colton Hatter; his siblings, Barbara Welch of Texas and Gary Sours (Shirley) of Waynesboro; and his close friends, Freddie and Ruthie Dedrick. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
