He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Lewis Ramsey Sr. and Joyce Ramsey (Zimmerman); and his daughter Jessica Stepp (Ramsey). He is survived by: his wife Debrah Ramsey; his son Trevor Ramsey (Randal) of Fishersville; his son-in-law Jon Stepp; his grandchildren, Olivia Ramsey, Ellie Mae Ramsey, Ryleigh Johnson and Bentley Johnson; his sisters, Connie Campbell (Donnie) of Lyndhurst and Tina Hatter (Danny) of Lyndhurst; his mother-in-law Ethel Wells of Stuarts Draft; his brother-in-law Robert Wells; and his nieces and nephews, Tonya Campbell, Jenni Campbell, Phillip Campbell, Garrett Hatter and Kerby Hatter. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews; cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
