She was predeceased by: her parents, Maynard Odie Tisdale and Arlene Daisy Tisdale; her husband William Keith Chaplin (Pete); her sister Sandra Faye Shirley of Sherando; and her brother-in-law Barry Fralin of Crimora.
She is survived by: her daughters, Theresa Lipscomb (Tommy) of Waynesboro and Debbie Wilson (David) of Piney River, Virginia; her grandchildren, Tara Harris, Kayla Dooms and Lukas Wilson; her great grandchild Xavier Lawson; her siblings, Wanda Fralin of Crimora and J. T. Tisdale (Nancy) of Crimora; her brother-in-law Eddie Shirley of Sherando; her nephews, Chad Shirley of Sherando, C. Shirley of Sherando and Brandon Fralin of Crimora; her close friends, Freda Hedrick and Barbara Patterson; and her pet Titan.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to the American Diabetes Association and the American Cancer Society.
