He was predeceased by: his parents, William T. Willis, Sr. and Lizzie Horsley Willis; and his wife Delores Barber Willis. He is survived by: his sons, Gary Willis (Ashley) and Michael Willis (Kristy); his siblings, Andrew "Ray" Willis (Karen), Kay Self (Tom) and Lorraine Vaughn (Johnny); and his grandchildren, Kristopher Thomas, Michaela, Kaleb and Peyton.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Liberty Baptist Church.
