He is survived by: his wife Tamara Lowry Reynolds; his mother Elizabeth Ann Gilliatt Reynolds of Lynchburg; his daughter Alison Ann Reynolds (Kevin Heideman); his granddaughter Emery Billie Reynolds Heideman of Richmond; his son Ryan Storrs Reynolds (Monica Pendergast) of Falls Church; and his siblings, Jean Dunham (Ted) of Arizona, Peter Reynolds (Terri) of Texas and Margaret Reynolds (Bill) of Minnesota. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews.
