He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara Belcher and James Belcher. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Elaine; his daughters, Kim Belcher and Deb; his son-in-law John Serio; and his granddaughters, Natalie and Kelly Serio.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory (1000 Langhorne Rd, Lynchburg, VA 24503).
