He was predeceased by: his mother Maxine L. Chapman; and his stepfather Bobby L. Chapman. He is survived by: his wife Pansy M. Ketz; his son Scottie Ketz (Allie); his granddaughter Lily Ketz; and his siblings, William Jeffrey Ketz and Sharon Ann Campbell.
