She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Wade and Edna Wade; her sister Virginia Banton; her son Michael Floyd; and her former husband R. D. Floyd.
She is survived by: her son Don Floyd; her daughter-in-law Lisa Floyd; her grandchildren, Hailey, Lindsey and Sam Floyd; her niece Linda Ball (Jack Ball); her great-niece Mary Patrick; and her great-nephew Stephen Ball.
