Sharon Lee Hendricks Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Lee Hendricks (Lynchburg, Virginia), who passed away on February 11, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Sharon Lee farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Sharon Lee is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Junior Hendricks Sr.; and her son Harold Junior Hendricks Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Sharon Hendricks, Earl Hendricks and Walter Hendricks; her grandchildren, Nathaniel Hendricks, Chase Shelton, Hope Hendricks and Faith Hendricks; and her daughter-in-law Cynthia Hendricks. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Whitten Timberlake Chapel (7404 Timberlake Rd, Lynchburg, VA 24502).
She had a giving heart, always willing to help others in their time of need and generously donating to charities like St. Jude.
