He is survived by: his sisters, Julia Pankey, Barbara Pitts and Freda Payne (Norman); his nieces and nephews, Christal Wyatt (Richard), Karen Rixey (Harry), Brad Pitts (Dana), Bethany Klingebeil (Andi), Laura Payne (David McKinney), Danny Payne (Megan), Tiffany Rixey, Becca Pitts, Dillon Pitts, Davis Pitts, DJ Pitts and Bellagrace Klingebeil; and his pets, Snowball and Cole.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Heritage Funeral Service & Crematory (427 Graves Mill Rd, Lynchburg, VA 24502).
The family requests no flowers, but memorial contributions may be made to the Lynchburg or Amherst County Humane Society, or a charity of your choice.
