He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Spencer and Mozelle Spencer; and his siblings, Larry, Bernard Spencer and Loretta Lewis.
He is survived by: his siblings, Louis, Johnny Spencer (JoAnn) and Vonnie Jones; his children, Robert, Bernard, Curtis and Cleo; and his aunt Donna Carter of Lynchburg. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Davis-Turner Funeral Service (1016 Rivermont Ave, Lynchburg, VA 24504).
