Clifton of North Carolina, DeShannon Tanner (Chris) of Lynchburg, VA and Kimberly Braxton of Forest, VA; his siblings, Gregory Withers (Clara), Ronald, Darryl Withers (Chevelle), Eunice Withers and Minister Veronica Johnson (Melvin); and his aunts, Julia Paige of Lynchburg, VA, Margurite Payne of Lynchburg, VA and Cora Ross (William) of Lynchburg, VA. He is also survived by six grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
