He was predeceased by: his parents, Riner Duncan, Sr. and Ruth Myers Duncan of Radford; and his brother Robert Carlton Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Duncan; his daughters, Katie Popek (Phillip) of Motley and Victoria Trent (Steve) of Lynchburg; and his grandchildren, Sarah Young (Ben), Laura Poindexter (Cedric Simon), Emily O'Hare (Patrick), Cameron Duncan, Hannah Duncan and Morgan Popek (Paige). He is also survived by his family and found great joy in his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations be given in his honor to Forest Road United Methodist Church in Lynchburg.
