He was predeceased by: his spouse Dorothy Mays; his parents, William Mahone Perrow and Kate Candler Perrow; and his siblings, Daniel Perrow, Ted Perrow, Malcolm Perrow, Samuel Perrow, Cecil Perrow, Gladys Perrow Scrogham and Alise Perrow Downey.
He is survived by: his stepson Doug Bevins (Janice) of Mechanicsville; his grandchildren, Shauna and Brian (Kristle); and his great grandchildren, Dustin, Savana, Gavin, Hayden and Easton.
