She was predeceased by: her husbands, Dewey W. Byrd and Bernard N. Bryant; her parents, Archie R. Robertson and Minnie Ayers Robertson; her siblings, Sandra L. Robertson and Donnie R. Robertson; and her son-in-law John Rowland.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Rowland of Gretna, Delia B. Staton (Calvin) of Lynchburg and David W. Byrd (Lee Ann) of Big Island; her grandchildren, Ashley Perrow (William) of Forest, Josh Rowland (Megan) of Altavista, Tiffany Byrd of Lynchburg and Colton W. Byrd of Big Island; her great grandchildren, Bradley Rowland, Ella Rowland and Isabella Thurman; and her siblings, Estell Dove of Lynchburg and Bobby C. Robertson of Monroe. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Service and Crematory (427 Graves Mill Rd, Lynchburg, VA 24502). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
