She was predeceased by: her parents, Sweden Cyrus Allen and Edith Mildred Webb Allen; her husband Bearl Jackson "Jack" Pugh; and her siblings, Jack Webb Allen (Myrtle Bowen Allen), Sanford Phillip Allen (Mary Ellen Moore), Mary Vivian Allen Caudill (Paul Green Caudill) and Dorothy Aileen Allen Alley (Edgar Atkinson Alley).
She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Pugh Riley of Lynchburg, VA and Phyllis Pugh Garber (Johnny Wayne Garber) of Harrisonburg, VA; her grandchildren, Anthony Allen Pugh (Wendy Taylor Pugh) of Forest, VA., Heather Riley Joseph (Norm), David Ware Riley, Jr., Meghan Elizabeth Garber, Adam Matthew Garber (Lauren), Kristen Ashley Pugh and Caitlin Elizabeth Pugh; her great grandchildren, Ethan Bedie, Sophia Lee Joseph, Lilah Grace, Davis Gene and Dabney Rose Garber; and her nieces and nephews, Jennifer Tichacek of West Point, VA, Sandra Shiflet of Ohio, Barbara Allen of Balsam, NC, Susan Perkins of Richmond, VA., Dr. Samuel Vernon of Marion, VA, Charles Pugh, Jr. of Roanoke, VA and Gregory Allen of Chesterfield, VA..
