He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Manning and Elsie Manning; his daughter Tracy Garrett; his son-in-law Lee Doss; and his brothers, Larry and Brian Manning.
He is survived by: his wife Glenna Manning; his daughters, Michelle Thomas (Mack) and Marcy Doss (Andy Vass); his grandchildren, Mandi Tyree, Carnley, Julie Garrett, Samantha Schilling, Kaylee Doss and Milan Vass; his sister Lora Trout; and his son-in-law Gary Garrett. He is also survived by 10 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory-Lynchburg (220 Breezewood Dr, Lynchburg, VA 24502). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
