She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladys Evans and Dan Evans; and her sister Kathryn Evans Smithwick (Ray E. Martin) of Kingsport, TN. She is survived by: her nieces, Kathryn Smithwick Craft (Bruce) of Evans, GA and Ann Macon Smithwick Sellman (David) of LaGrange, GA; her nephew Robert Walter Smithwick, III (Katherine) of Knoxville, TN; and her cousins, Winkie Reams Schoew and Ann Reams Pettigrew.
