She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton Bradshaw and Florette Frazier Bradshaw; her husband Henry Sackett; her brothers, David Bradshaw and Jon Bradshaw; her son-in-law Keith Mumford; and her grandson Frank Woolwine.
She is survived by: her children, Henry Sackett (Lucy) of Greensboro, NC, Matt Sackett (Cathy) of Lynchburg, VA, Emily Mumford (Roy Woolwine) of Richmond, VA and Christopher Sackett (Drewry) of Lexington, VA; her grandchildren, Ansley, Matthew (Melissa), Molly, Julia, Annie (Caleb), Mary Elizabeth, Sally, Robert, Rosa, Henry, Bee and Walker; her great grandchild Bexley; and her siblings-in-law, Luck Sackett (Laura) and Ann Harris (Bobby) of Lynchburg.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Home of Dr. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. John's Episcopal Church (205 Elmwood Ave, Lynchburg, VA 24503). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that friends contribute to the Lynchburg Humane Society, the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank, or Lynchburg Beacon of Hope.
