She was predeceased by: her parents, James Howard Hale and Juanita Burks Hale; her stepfather Clarence Prater; and her husbands, Charlie Heal Goff and Duvall Franklin McCormick.
She is survived by: her daughter Eva Marie Burnett (Forest); her granddaughter Paige E. Burnett; and her stepdaughters, Cindy Anthony (Lewis), Sheila McCormick (David), Theodora Woody and Marilyn Litchford (Charles). She is also survived by her family and friends.
