He is survived by: his mother Patricia Wortham Wilkins of Lynchburg; his son Joseph (Little Joe) Wilkins (Daisy); his grandchildren, Bryson Wilkins of Maryland and Joella Wilkins of Maryland; his siblings, Laura Brown (Larry) of Amherst and Kenneth Wilkins (Kysa) of Alexandria; and his nieces, Jaime Justus (Chris), Melanie Mays (Jason), Katie Wilkins (AJ) and Liz Cross (Paul). He is also survived by eight great nieces and nephews; and many close friends.
