Torbert; his son John Howard Torbert of Lynchburg, VA; his stepson Troy Clay McKinney of Lynchburg, VA; his daughter-in-law Cindy McKinney; his siblings, Richard Torbert, Harry Torbert of Texas and Catherine Dent of Texas; his grandchildren, Drew McKinney (Candace) of Georgia, Chelsea Mendoza (John Freddy) of South Carolina, Lindsey McKinney of Lynchburg, VA and Hunter McKinney of Lynchburg, VA; and his great grandchildren, Daniel McKinney and Santos Bonilla Proceeded.
