With profound sadness, we say goodbye to James Bobbitt of Lynchburg, Virginia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ampsie Thomas Bobbitt and Bessie Hicks Bobbitt; his wife Phyllis H. Bobbitt; and his siblings, Freeman, Sylvia, Junior, Ray, Ernest, Jimmy, Bobby and Grant.
He is survived by: his children, Glenn Bobbitt, Brenda Hash (Andrew), Karen King (Bob) and Ronald Bobbitt (Dorothy); his grandchildren, Amanda Martin, Andrew Hash Jr., Tyler King and Tiffani Mosley; and his great grandchildren, Daniel M Garcia Jr., Jayme Mosley, Terra Mosley, Brookelyn Ashby, Phyllicia Mosley and Phelix Mosley. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (319 Wiggington Rd, Lynchburg, VA 24502).
