She is survived by: her children, David E. Collins of Deltaville, Michael R. Collins of Lynchburg, Janet C. Couch (RD) of Lynchburg and Barbara E. Collins of Forest; and her grandchildren, Daniel M. (Matt), Ore (Meagan) and Carrie E. Ore (GW) of Lynchburg.
