He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Edith Cullen Lacks; his son Michael Lacks (Patty); his stepsons, Darryl Ingersoll (Melanie), Dennis Ingersoll (Dana) and Dan Ingersoll (JuliAnn); his granddaughter Chelsey Tomlin; and his stepgrandchildren, Dillon, Dayton, Dawson, Jacob, Chloe, Hunter, Maddox Ingersoll, Nicholas and Brandon Jennings.
