She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Louis LaChase; her parents, Robert Maurice Havener and Marion Jesse Marquart Havener; and her sisters, Dolores Triplett and Jeanette Soklaski.
She is survived by: her siblings, Ethel Alamo of Port Richey, FL, Peggy Malfi (Frank) of Washington Crossing, PA and Robert Havener (Roni) of Port St. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
