He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Mickles Sr. and Lucy Dabney Mickles; and his siblings, Larvonne Waterstraat, Shirley Herndon and Adolphus Mickles.
He is survived by: his son Fred Ryan Baines Mickles of Evington, VA; his siblings, Phyllis Smith of Rustburg, VA, Eunice Hood of Rustburg, VA, Doris Elliott (James) of Rustburg, VA, Milton Mickles Jr. and Frank Mickles (Virginia) of Rustburg; and his aunt Mary Ann Mickles. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
