He is survived by: his wife Rebecca M. Lacy; and his children, David Cyrus (Gwen) of Fayetteville, GA, Vickie Martin (Butch) of Bedford, VA and Kathy Hamlett (late Darrell) of Forest, VA.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Andrew Presbyterian Church (21206 Timberlake Rd, Lynchburg, VA 24502). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
