He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Pannell and May Walthall Pannell Orsini; and his siblings, Louis Pannell and Ernestine Pannell. He is survived by: his sons, David A. Pannell of San Bernadino, CA and Selwyn Pannell of Madison Heights; and his great-aunt Carolyn Marshall. He is also survived by six grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
