She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kelly Buckley and Sophie Combs Buckley; her husband Herman H. Calhoun; and her brother Erroll Allen Buckley. She is survived by: her daughter Gayle Calhoun (Aubrey O. Friedhoff III); her granddaughter Tiffany Jo Waddel; her nephew Marcus Alan Buckley (Ellen); her stepgranddaughters, Debbie Friedhoff and Renee Kee (Rusty Kee); her stepgreat-grandchildren, Chelsey, Kayla, Destiny and Harmony; and her friends, Polly Garbee, Susanne Roth, Sharon McBride, Karen, Dan Murphy and Ann Marie Caylor.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Lynchburg Humane Society in Frances' memory.
