He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Norfield; his children, Mike Norfield (Sheena) of Lynchburg and Claire Stapleton (Mark) of Springfield; his grandchildren, Julian, Nikolas, Max, Wushi, Isobel Stapleton, Christopher Norfield (Jessi) and Dylan Norfield; and his great grandchild C. J. Norfield.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Gethsemane Baptist Church (411 Blue Ridge St, Lynchburg, VA 24501). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to Gethsemane Baptist Church, PO Box 10152, Lynchburg, VA 24506 or to the Centra Foundation Patient fund.
