She is survived by: her children, Shakima Thomas of Lynchburg, VA and Quintail Spinner of Lynchburg, VA; her grandchildren, Asyyah Jones of Lynchburg, VA, Zakyyah Jones of Lynchburg, VA, Jakell Jones of Lynchburg, VA, Leeya Thomas of Lynchburg, VA and Danielle Patterson of Lynchburg, VA; her siblings, Khalilah Shabazz of New Jersey, Darcell Farrow (Reginald) of Lynchburg, VA and William "Bill" Spinner (Deneen) of Madison Heights, VA; her close friend Keith White; and her sister Barbara Davis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Silver Grove Baptist Church.
