He was predeceased by: his parents, Volney Childress and Mary Sue Childress. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Childress; his children, Heather Childress (Chris Goode) and Joe Blondino (Mara Kaktins); his grandson Uldi Blondino-Kaktins; and his brother Kyle Childress.
