He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Christian, Jr. and Eula Mae Woodruff Christian; and his brothers, Archie Christian III and Danny Christian. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Eades Lewis Christian; his daughters, Charisse Christian (Wayne) of Concord, VA. and Kelly Christian (Jay) of Greensboro, NC.; his grandchildren, Amarea (Charisse), Aniyah, Amirah and Tye Bowers (Kelly); and his brothers, Russell Christian (Janice), Richard Christian (April) and Michael Christian (Faye) of Tennessee. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many close friends.
