He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine Graham and Cletus Graham; and his siblings, Buddy Graham, Bobby Joe Graham, Leona Clemons and Margaret Ann Graham.
He is survived by: his sister Lou Wellman (W. D. Wellman); his wife Joy Graham; his children, Theresa Y. Graham, Deborah Graham Hammersley (Ken) and Charles R. Graham Jr. (Melinda); his granddaughter Nicole Farish (Shawn); his great grandchildren, Bella, Juliana, Harper and Riley; his granddaughter Brittany Burke (Connor); his great grandchildren, Penelope and Chloe; and his grandchildren, Paige Graham, Jensen Graham and Charles Ryan Graham. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Thomas Road Baptist Church (1 Mountain View Rd, Lynchburg, VA 24502). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at the Fort Hill Memorial Park (5196 Fort Ave, Lynchburg, VA 24502).
