He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Hodges Crosby; and his parents, Leslie Lawrence Crosby and Louise Hockenberry Crosby. He is survived by: his children, Wendy Vranes (Jason) of Lynchburg, Michelle Byrd of Michigan and Les Crosby (Heather) of Colorado; his grandchildren, Grace Novak (Noah), Micah, Faith, Hope, Joy, Anna Vranes, Jessica, Elizabeth, Abigail, Truman Byrd, Emma, Madelyn, Mason and Everly Crosby; and his former wife Klaasina "Klary" Asher.
