She was predeceased by: her former husband Jim; and her parents, Wilfred and Martha. She is survived by: her husband Navy; her children, Kathy Latham (Kevin) and Jim Mountjoy (Kim); her grandsons, Tim Latham (Ginny), Spencer Latham (Cymric) and Ben Mountjoy; her great grandchildren, Andrew, Caroline and Elaine; and her sisters, Marilyn Lorentzen, Dorothy Smith and Kay Turner (Neil). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins along with numerous friends.
Billie loved flowers but the family asks that, in lieu of flowers, you consider sending gifts to St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, 2106 Timberlake Rd., Lynchburg, VA 24502 in support of their benevolence work, including support for children in the pre-school.
