He was predeceased by: his father George Evans. He is survived by: his significant other Judy Evans; his son Bill Evans II; and his grandchildren, Jordan and Felix Evans.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Amazing Grace Ministries (101 Morgan St, Lynchburg, VA 24501). Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
